I, Lance Lindberg, Chair, hereby request to cancel the regular meeting of the Elk River
Heritage Preservation Commission scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on November 18, 2010.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Heritage Preservation Commission, in writing, at least one day before the
cancelled meeting.
