PAC Furniture -Costs involved in ordering new PACS is much higher than
expected. We're researching other options.
New Business
Motion Detectors -Motion detectors will be installed by the back and front
entrance because of problems with vandalism.
Video Towers -Three additional video holders have been ordered with
contributions received from the American Legion.
Community Room Draperies -The draperies for the community room and the
reading area have been ordered and we're waiting for installation.
Additional Board Member - An application was received at city hall for another
board member. Action will betaken by city council soon.
We're still short a member. I'll be out of town so call Eleanor Holm if you're
unable to attend the meeting.
