At 6:50 pm it was determined that a Quorum was not present, so no action was
taken.
Verne Oleksowicz reported that Great River Regional Library System has now
installed an additional T-1 transmission line, which has greatly speeded up electronic
communications from the library. The next step will be to install two more public
access computer terminals at the Elk River Library to help meet rising patron
demand for Internet usage.
Next meeting is March 27, 2001.
