Automatic Door Repair -The cost of replacing the senior swing control was
$528.75.

Election of Officers -
Draperies For Community Room -This yeazs budget includes draperies for
the community room. Should I go ahead with the order? The cost was $2,800
which would cover draperies in the conference azea and lined draperies for
the reading azea.
Backflow Prevention Device - B & D Plumbing received permission from the
city to remove the backflow prevention device so we won't have to worry about
having an inspection.
Window Display - I was approached by a patron about doing a window display
showing the books they publish. It is my understanding that display cases aze
reserved for non-profit organizations. Am I correct in that assumption?
Eleanor will gone the month of February.
It is important that you call if you're unable to attend the board meeting.
Eleanor will be out of town and we're still searching for someone to fill the open
position on the board.
