Revenue Sheet -When the expenditures exceed the revenues for a specific
month the money is taken from reserves.

Election of Officers -
Roof Inspection - An inspection was done of the roof before the warranty
expired. The cost was $460.00.
Repair Automatic Door -Repairs are being made on the automatic door
on the inside of the building. It is suspected that the motor has burned out.
Contribution -Thank you to Rosemarie Zerwas for her contribution of $139.00
which will be used to purchase books in memory of her daughter.
Maintenance on Furnace -Fall maintenance was completed on the furnace
12/06/01.
Capital Outlay 2000 -The new magazine shelving and compact disc ho]der
have both been installed. Both items come from 2000 capital outlay.
