Countertop Edging - We need to come up with another company who we can
fix the countertop at the front desk. Anderson Cabinets are not responding

Budget Waiting For Final Approval -Robert Jones and I met with the city
about the 2001 budget in July. The final numbers should be approved in the
neaz future.
New Business
Approval To Purchase New Items -Pat Klaers has received approval from
the city council to go ahead with the purchase of a compact disc holder and
magazine shelving as requested. Money for these items will come from the capital
outlay money that was set aside for the reader/printer.
Repairs -Public Works has been notified about the following problems:
Dead tree by the staff parking area.
~ f3'rass growing up through the rock in the front and side of the building.
Replacement of light in the staff parking area.
„Repair of the automatic door at the front entrance.
