I'll be on vacation on the 27th of June so the board will not be meeting. Please look
over the enclosed budget and if you have any questions or concerns give me a call.
I'll be back July 3rd we have a meeting with the city at 9:00 on July 6th to finalize
the numbers.
Old Business
Maintenance Contract For Reader/Printer - I contacted ABACI in St. Paul
to finalize the maintenance contract on the reader/printer. The total will be
$500 for annual maintenance and repair of the machine for a one year period.
New Business
Linking Library Trustees -Find enclosed a copy of Linking Library Trustees.
