Discussion on 2001 Budget -Please bring ideas or concerns about building
maintenance to the next meeting.
Maintenance Contract For Reader/Printer - A maintenance agreement
was received from AMI imaging. The cost is $825.00 a year. $575.00 for
the Canon MP 90 and $250.00 for the Roll Fiche Carrier 200.
Countertop Edging - On 4/27 I called Anderson Cabinets, who installed the
countertop at the front desk. They said they would be here the next week and
I haven't heard from them since. I'll call them again before the meeting.
New Business
Surge Protection Devices -Surge protection will be installed by Elk River
Municipal Utilities at a cost of $387.79. Installation is not included in this price.
