Y2K Problems Associated With Heating/Air Conditioning Controls: Murray
discussed the Y2K problem with pneumatic control and it appears we will be
compliant.
Shelving: The city has moved the existing shelving in the reference section so
there will be room for four additional ranges. Shelving has been ordered at
a cost of $1,640.00 delivered and installed.
Handicapped Accessible Door: I contacted Sandy at city hall and have the
name of another company that deals with automatic doors. We will review
the information they've faxed.
New Business
Changing Stations In Restrooms: We'll review the material sent by Four D, lnc.
so they can be ordered. '
Clock Repair : The clown ar the front desk needs to be repaired and the person
who usually does it has moved. If anyone has suggestions on someone to repair it
please bring his/her name and number to the meeting. I think we should see what
it would cost to have it converted so it's operates on a battery.
Outside Display Case: I would like4o check in to the price of a display case
that could be mounted outside and used to post brochures, city hall agendas etc.
