Also present: Mick Stoffers, Librarian-Steve Wensman
A special meeting of the Library Board was called to order
at 10:00 a.m. by Chair Ritchie. Steve Wensman from the
City presented the Board with estimates for the landscaping
and sign for the new parking lot project. After much
discussion a motion was made by Eleanor with a second by
Linda to accept the bid from Better Yards for the landscaping.
All in favor. Steve will pursue a third bid for the sign
and the Board gave approval to his plans for this project.
Mick presented 2 bills. They were approved with a motion
by Linda with a second by Eleanor. All in favor.
