Memorial Plaque -The memorial plaque has been ordered. It will be 16" x 20"
with black lettering on brass plates. It will read: "hi appreciation for
significant contributions to the Elk River Public Library."
Review Annual Report -I've called city hall to set up a time for annual report,
Sandy Thackeray will call back about possible dates.
Review ADA Building Issues - I have called Phil Hals about reducing tension on
the front entrance doors.
New Business
New Heads On Parking Lot Lights -Thank you to Elk River Utilities for
installing the new heads on the parking lot lights. Three new arms and three new
adapters had to be ordered at a cost of $383.40.
