November 19, 1996
Board Members:

Meeting was called to order at 6:35 by Chair McNair.
Minutes were approved as presented.
Elly moved approval of the bills as presented. Linda seconded.
All in favor.
Librarian's Report:
Mick contacted Elk River Utilities regarding the parking lot
lights. The person in charge is on vacation until November 25
but is to contact her on his return.
Weatherly Electric has not returned Mick's calls. He was not
able to get into the lighted sign. Murray will try to call him
again.
The type of window blinds ordered for the Community Room have
been discontinued. Staff reviewed new choices and reordered.
Those present reviewed the By-Laws. Linda will type the revised
By-Laws and they will be mailed to members in the January
packet for final approval of changes at the January meeting.
There is very little left to do on the new roof-some edging and
some clean up.
The Enlow Company was in to do the free benchmark testing. The
Library had a coupon to be used for this after the installation
of the new heating system.
New Business:
Furnace Contract
B & D Plumbing will be doing our furnace maintenance. There
was a question from them on whether we would need to purchase
the computer for them. Murray thought any thing that needed the
computer should be done by Pneumatic Controls. Murray will
contact Cliff Skogstad regarding this.

se new edging for this mat and the glue
a total of $156.00. Mary seconded.
