Annual report to the city is scheduled for Monday, March 18th at 6:00 in city hall.
Service with Builders Sound & Security was terminated in writing on February 27,
1996. They will be removing their equipment at the end of March and Elk River
Utilities will be taking over service immediately.
There has been no further discussion on the heating coil bill.
New Business
We have been having problems with the ceiling in the childrens area leaking. This is
part of the old roof and was not worked on during the construction project. The city
will be looking for the leak the next warm day to see if we can determine where
the water is coming from.
