Meeting was called to order by Chair Murray McNair at 6:30 p.m.
Bills were approved for the month of January.
Mick spoke with Elk River Utilities about monitoring the security system for the Library.
The service will cost $100.00 to set up and a $187.00 fee each year. This is in
comparison to $332.28 a year with Builders Sound and Security. The Board voted to
contract with the Elk River Utilities.
The payment for the replacement of the broken coil in the furnace is still being
negotiated. The broken coil was repaired for $150.00 and will be used as a back up.
The library's annual report will be presented to the City Council. Mick will schedule a
time and library board members are invited to attend the meeting.
