Meeting was called to order by Chair Murray McNair at 6:30 pm.
Bills were approved for the month of December.
A coil broke in the furnace. It is possible that a glucose system will need to be used in
order to prevent a coil from breaking again. Mick will call EOS to check on any
decisions and a time line.
Mick is still waiting to bear from Weatherly Electric about the plug covers.
Our warranty on the Simplex Fire Alarm System has expired. A proposed maintenance
contract would be $l~.00. Mick will check to see what the City has and if we can tie
into their system. ? ~i =o
Verne from GRRL reported that Elk River now receives daily delivery. This speeds up
service to Elk River considerably. Also, electronic hold will probably start in March.
The Elk River count has increased to 112,00 in 1995. Eight thousand books have
been added to the collection.
