T am still waiting to hear from the following people regarding corrections that need to
be made:
Pneumatic Controls Company -correct the temperature problems
in the small conference rooms
Weatherly Electric -plug in covers that are breaking off, update on
security system
New Business
The warranty on our Simplex Fire alarm System has expired - we recieved in the
the mail a proposal for a maintenance service contract at a cost of $552.00
a year - we will review the details of the contract.
Monica Miller will be here to take a photo of the library board for the annual report.
Starting January 2nd the Elk River branch of Great River Regional Library has gone
to a daily delivery service. This will speed up access to information throughout
the region.
Verne can give you an update on the progress that is being made with Dynix -our
new automated system.
Discuss the annual report and review the progress that I have made.
