Meeting was called to order by Chair Murray McNair at 6:30 p.m.
Mick Stoffers presented the bill from Weatherly's for the parking lot lights timer. The bill
was more than the estimate. Mick will check with Weatherly's about the difference.
The contractor and Rick Wessling (EOS) and Mick when over the punch list. The
contractor has agreed to repair the areas that are not satisfactory.
The carpet representatives inspected the carpet seams. The carpet company will
steam the carpet to reactivate the glue. If that does not work then they will reglue the
carpet in the problem areas.
Rick consulted with the Pneumatic Controls Company. They have decided to correct
the temperature problems by installing thermostats in the small conference rooms that
can be adjusted by the library staff.
Mick will be going to Best Buy with a GRRL staff member to look at computers on
Thursday.
