Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chairperson Murray McNair.
Bills from the months of February and March were reviewed and a motion made to
approve payment.
The plans submitted by Phil Hals for the landscaping around the library were
discussed. Mary made the motion to approve of the plans except for the concrete car
stops. Linda seconded the motion. The motion passed.
The Librarian's request for a computer access station for the library was approved. The
cost should be about $3,480. A motion was made and passed to purchase more
shelving for magazines. The board approved purchase up to $1,500.00.
Murray updated the board on the maintenance on the building training and the
furnace. The pneumatic controls have not been installed yet.
The Americans Disability Act inspection was reviewed by the board. It was felt that the
Library was in compliance since the addition.
Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
