After reviewing the bids fnr the 1lbrary addition it was approved
to award the contract to k:UE Caistruction. the lowest bidder.
This apprpval includes carpet choice R. antl leaves the insurance
t0 the tliscretion of the financial director at the City of Etk kiver.
It is also pending the proper execution of documents from the
contractor.
A sub-committee made up of Vicki Sullivan and Murray McNair wilt
be meeting with the architect and contractor on a weekly basis.
yr as needed, when construction begins. Any change orders that
are over S1000 will be brought tack for Board approval.
