hleetinq was cal led to order at S:3t- p.m. by Chair Vicki Su11 ivan.
Minutes of the November special meeting were amended to state that
approval Df the RFF' plan by the Board does not commit the Board to
acceptance of the low bid. Motion was made by Vicki, second by
Don, motion passed.
The bill list far November was reviewed and approved.
Security System has not vet been checl.:ed. Vicki will call tomorrow
as a reminder.
The City has shut off the sprinkler system and trimmed shrubs. The
mats that were ordered last summer are no longer available and the
money has been refunded. Mick: will check: int^ some other companies
to see if we can reorder.
Verne provided us witt-+ a list Df architects which have done library
work: in public libraries in Minnesota. We re'y~iewed the list and
1 ook:ed especial 1 y far firms that have done mui tipl a prD,jects, that
are in our area, and that have done recent work:. We picked five
firms tD send proposals to with a deadline to return their proposals
b~y~ L+ecernber lir. we are also including EGS, and Mr. Moe of E1 k: River.
