99-025 ORDORDINANCE NO. 99 - 25 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.10(1) OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED "ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS" Section 1. Section 900.10(1) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended by adding an HPS zoning district as follows: HPS Heritage Preservation Site Overlay Zoning District Section 2.
