AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.10(1)
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES
ENTITLED "ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS"
Section 1. Section 900.10(1) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be
amended by adding an HPS zoning district as follows:
HPS Heritage Preservation Site Overlay Zoning District
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 19
July ,1999.
