Mayor Klinzing is asked to read and present a plaque to Terry Mack for his 35 years of service to the City
of Elk River.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Various staff, along with Street Superintendent Phil Hals, will be at the Council meeting to discuss Terry's
35 years of service to the city.
