Consider City Expenses Related to Elk
Terrace Mobile Home Park
At last week's Council meeting the Mayor questioned whether or not it was
appropriate to bill either the property owner or developer of the Earl Hohlen
property for the legal fees associated with the relocation issues related to that
development. To date the city has incurred legal costs in the amount of
$6,098,65. At the Mayor's request this item has been added to the agenda for
discussion by the City Council.
