The Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce has submitted a request
to operate a raffle to raise funds for the July 4th celebration.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion granting the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce
an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License to sell hold a raffle to
raise funds for the July 4th celebration.
