Review the budget meeting held with the city of Elk River to discuss the proposed
budget for 1997.
Adams Furniture will be giving us a quote on what it will cost to put blackout
shades in the community room and staff lounge area. We will discuss which
of the options presented will be the most cost effective.
I have called distributors about the costs involved in replacing the lights in the
parking lot so they will match the new more cost effective lighting added during
the building project. We will review any information that is returned by August
20th.
