SUBJECT: Lions Club Donation
Members of the Elk River Lions Club will be at the May 19tn City Council
meeting to present a check to the City in the amount of $25,000 for park
improvements in Lions Park. This is the third and final installment of a
three year $75,000 commitment by the local club.
Proposed uses for this money include: more paved hiking trails, a paved
hockey rink, a long tube slide for the playground and lighting for the
basketball courts.
