Council motion authorizing staff to advertise for a part time secretary/receptionist.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Part time Secretary Receptionist Donna Malecha has accepted afull-time position with Elk River
Municipal Utilities. Donna job-shared the position with Carol Hanson at the City Hall front desk. Carol
doesn't have an interest in taking the position full-time so staff is asking for authorization to advertise in
order to fill the vacancy.
