This is to remind you of the upcoming ECC meeting scheduled for Wednesday,
December 15, 2010 at I :30 p.m. in the Uppertown Conference Room at the Elk River
City Hall. Please find attached minutes from the November meeting and the agenda.
Staff will be giving verbal updates on the items and Commissioner Steinbeck will be
giving a brief presentation on a possible opportunity with GRE and the City's
Wastewater Treatment Plant. Please let me know if you are unable to attend the
