A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF
SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE #10- 24
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 201 I MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on December 20, 2010 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 10-24
approving the 2011 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the
City Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and
WHEREAS, the 2011 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative,
Financial, Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and
Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility services along with
code enforcement violations; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any
person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway,
r during regular business hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance 10- 24
and that Ordinance 10- 24 shall become effective on January 1, 2011.
