Request for Transient Merchant
License by Dennis Bolles
Dennis Bolles has made application for a transient merchant license
to sell ice cream novelties. Approval of the request would allow Mr.
Bolles to sell ice cream from a van on side streets within the City of
Elk River. He is an independent contractor for Big Bell. Mr. Bolles
is requesting to sell ice cream through the months of June, July and
August.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to approve a transient merchant license for Dennis Bolles
allowing him to sell ice cream on side streets within the City limits.
