BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION The Sherburne Wright Cable Commissio will pay for up to two city representatives to have cable service in Elk River for the purpose of monito ' g channels and reporting problems to Charter Communications. The Commission makes a yearly payment to Charter Communications for all of the cable monitors of member cities. Internet, phone service, and/or premium channel service are not included and will be billed to the cable monitor on a monthly basis by Charter Communications.
