Dear City of Elk River:
By your request of our previous meeting, I have decided to
deed over entire 12 acre (approximate) parcel along with the
9.11 parcel to give my daughter and son-in-law more than 20
acres so that I will not have to do an administrative
subdivision or plot plan.
I need a letter from the City approving this "split" so that
the Recorder will record the deeds.
