for Preliminary Plat (Hillside Crossing
South Two), Public Hearing Case No.

The applicant has requested to have the preliminary plat request postponed
to the July 21, 1997 City Council meeting. This application cannot be acted
on until the indirect source permit application has been submitted and
approved by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Therefore, assuming
the permit will be ready in time for the next City Council meeting, the
application will need to be postponed until that July 21st City Council
meeting.
