Council motion appointing two Councilmembers to the Administrative Hearing Board with term
expirations of December 31, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Per city code, the Administrative Hearing Board is a three member board consisting of two
Councilmembers and one Planning Commission member, who shall be recommended for appointment
by the Planning Commission.
Council terms expire January 31. Staff would suggest changing the terms to the end of the year in order
for them to be considered each year at the same time as the other Council liaison appointments.
The Planning Commission will be reviewing this appointment at their March meeting and their
recommendation will come back to Council afterwards.
