SUBJECT: Elk River Country Club
There been proposal from a private parry to develop part of the Elk River Country club
along County Road 1 and move some holes to the east side of the course. This could have
some impact on the wooded buffer between the Great Northern Trail and the golf course.
Staff has reviewed the easement agreements between the city and the country club and will
discuss possible impacts.
