SUBJECT: House at Woodland Trails/Removal Schedule
In order to facilitate the planning fox transitional housing, LOVE Elk River has requested
the Paxk Commission update them on the long-term plans fox the house near the entrance
of Woodland Trails.
The interpretive center/Nordic ski cenrex is budgeted fox 2009, and at that time, a
maintenance facility could be included in that project. Staff believes that 2008 is the latest
that the building should be removed. The garage will need to stay until 2009, unless the
Commission moves up the schedule fox the interpretive center/Nordic ski center
Staff is looking fox direction from the Commission as to when and if demolition of the
house should be scheduled.
