SUBJECT: Community Events Report
Community Garage Sale
We have the Community Garage Sale on May 7`h with approximately 100 homes
participating. This is our second annual garage sale and we look forward to doing it year
after year.
The Shoppes at Lions Park Center
We have over 20 businesses participating in this event. This is our second time opening up
Lions Park Center for businesses to purchase booth space to promote their products. At
Cabin Fever, we opened it to home based business only. This time it's open to any business
wanting a place to promote their services and/or products.
Meadowvale School Carnival
In April, we participated in their school carnival to provide face painting and, in return, we
were able to distribute information to the parents about our programs.
Summer Kickoff Event
This event is schedule for May 25`h at Lions Park. We have pony rides, petting zoo, an
inflatable bouncer, face painting, food, and more. This event typically draws about 250-300
people every year and is a great opportunity to promote our programs for summer.
