The property is bound by Trott Brook Farms South & Trott Brook Crossing subdivisions to the north and east, and Hillside City Park to the east. A single family residence exists on what will be Lot 5 Block 1. Comprehensive Park Plan The Comprehensive Paxk Plan indicates an Axea Wide Neighborhood park in the area. This type of park can be executed in the existing Hillside City Paxk. Therefore, staff would recommend that park dedication be in the form of cash. Natural Resource Inventory The Natural Resource Inventory does indicate Oak Forest Dry Subtype. Staff and the Planning Commission will evaluate the value of these communities to the plat and make appropriate recommendations to the City Council as part of the staff report. Parks and Recreation Dedication Recommendation Staff recommends that the Parks and Recreation Commission recommend park dedication be in the form of cash.
