Pagc ?
Overview
The plat will consist of ten lots on a cul-de-sac street approximately 300-feet in length. The
property is bound by Trott Brook Farms South & Trott Brook Crossing subdivisions to the
north and east, and Hillside City Park to the east. A single family residence exists on what
will be Lot 5 Block 1.
Comprehensive Park Plan
The Comprehensive Paxk Plan indicates an Axea Wide Neighborhood park in the area. This
type of park can be executed in the existing Hillside City Paxk. Therefore, staff would
recommend that park dedication be in the form of cash.
Natural Resource Inventory
The Natural Resource Inventory does indicate Oak Forest Dry Subtype. Staff and the
Planning Commission will evaluate the value of these communities to the plat and make
appropriate recommendations to the City Council as part of the staff report.
Parks and Recreation Dedication Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Parks and Recreation Commission recommend park dedication
be in the form of cash.
