SUBJECT: Request for Transient Merchant
License
Kathleen Fisher has made application for a transient merchant
license. Ms. Fisher is requesting to sell educational books door-to-
door in the City limits from June - August, 1977. The books are
published by the Southwestern Company. Kathleen has met all of
the license requirements, however, the police background check is
pending.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion granting a transient merchant license to Kathleen
Fisher pending approval of the background check.
