(Aulik Acres) Location 21554 Meadowvale Road NW Zoning/ Land Use R1a (Single Family Residential) / RR (Rural Residential) 60 Day Rule In order to comply with Minnesota Statute 15.99 (60 -Day Requirement), action must be taken on this request by December 23, 2005 Attachments • Location Map • Preliminary Plat Overview The plat will consist of six lots on col-de-sac street approximately 600-foot long. The development will be accessed off of Meadowvale Rd at the 215`h Avenue alignment. The property is bound by North Meadows subdivision to the south and Meadowvale Road to the Planning Department Mission: the orderly development of a livable and sustainable Elk River community. Landscaping The Landscape Plan does comply with ordinance requirements. Comprehensive Park Plan The Comprehensive Park Plan does not indicate any park target area in the area. A future widened shoulder is indicated in this area. A detached trail should be able to be constructed in the County right-of--way. Natural Resource Inventory The Natural Resource Inventory does not indicate any natural resources on the property.
