SUBJECT: Plan Review of Dulak Property
Preliminary plans for the Dulak Property were reviewed by at the July 2005 Park
Commission Meeting. Feedback was provided to the developer regarding park
dedication. The developer submitted a revised plan that was not consistent with the Park
Commissions recommendations. Staff has met with the developer several times, and
provided clear direction regarding park location and size. Mr. Dulak wished to finalize
park size and location at the December Park Commission meeting.
As of 12/8/05, no plans have been submitted. If plans are received by 4:30 PM, on
12/14/05, staff will present them to the Park Commission that night.
