SUBJECT: Park Name for Barsody Property
The City Council approved the 2006 Parks capital improvement budget on 12/5/05. The
purchase of the Barsody property was included in that budget. Staff is requesting that the
Park Commission consider names for this new park. See below, a list of suggested
names, submitted by staff and Mr. Barsody.
• Diamond Park
^ Snowshoe Park
^ Sunset Ridge Park
• Brook Park
^ Northern Lights Park
• Brookview Park
^ Heritage Park
