1. Paxk Dedication Fund Balance

2. Lions Paxk Centex: Mold Abatement
Two staff members have been experiencing allergy symptoms frequently related to
mold. A consultant was hired to test the building. Mold was found in two offices in
levels high enough to require abatement. Two staff members have been temporarily
relocated to City Hall while staff makes building improvements to eliminate the
moisture which caused the mold. Once the moisture problem has been solved, mold
abatement will take place.
3. 2006 Park Acquisition Grants: Update
Staff accompanied DNR staff on a pre awards tour of the wooded golf course
property and the Malmstxom property on May 25'". Potential grant award for these
acquisitions is $675,000.
