SUBJECT: Park Dedication Fees Recommendation: 2007
Parks planner Chris Leeseberg is currently working on an update of the ten year parks
capital improvement plan. In addition, staff is working on an update of long-tem park
dedication revenues. By looking at the total cost of the ten year CIP and comparing that
to the projected revenue from dedication fees, staff will prepare a recommendation
regarding park dedication fees for 2007.
The 10 CIP plan update is incomplete at this time. Staff will present information
regarding this recommendation at the November 8, 2006 Parks and Recreation
Commission meeting.
