Location The south side ofl71st Avenuejust west ofthe Burlington Northern Railroad tracks Attachments Location map Map of the property Overview Larry Morrell is requesting the city consider selhng property on the south side of 171st Avenue that was acquired from Roger Eull for the 171st Avenue project. The property is a triangular piece approximately 6,000 sq. ft. in area. This property is adjacent to the subject site under consideration for rezoning, preliminary plat and a conditional use permit to allow the relocation of Morrell Transfer from their current location at the intersection of Jackson and School Street. The sale of the property will allow Morrell's to develop the area for parking purposes. Right of Way The City Engineer has suggested the need for an acceleration lane on the south side of 171st.
