Ray Baird, Orrin Thompson Homes and Rick Harrison, Harrison Design will be in
attendance to conduct a preliminary concept plan discussion regarding park dedication
requirements for a residential development on approximately 220 acres currently owned by
the Miske family. Please recall the conversation that occurred in December 2003 with
Westwood Engineering regarding the Foster property directly to the south of the subject
property as you discuss this issue with the developer.
The developer is looking for concrete direction from the Park and Recreation Commission
regarding park dedication requirements for this development.
