Analysis
Menards has submitted a preliminary plat for an expansion to their existing site to build a
second storage building. The additional 3.43-acres will be added the east (the rear side) of
the existing building.
Since the subject parcel is not located within anarea-wide community park target, staff is
recommending that the Commission consider park dedication in the form of cash.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Comnussion recommend cash dedication for 3.43 acres of
commercial land.
