SUBJECT: Major Park Use -Use of Handke East Hockey Rink for Parker
Elementary Family Night
Request
The PTO of Parker Elementary has requested the use of Handke East Hockey Rink to host
a Parker Elementary Family Night. The event is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 25`", 2011 from
5:30-9:30pm. The rink will be used skating. They are hoping for upwards of 200
participants.
Information for your consideration
• This is a school district elementary PTO group
Staff Recommendations
• No fees or deposits charged for use of the park.
• The group will be responsible for any expenses incurred such as extra portable toilets
or trash clean up as required.
