SUBJECT: Participation in Sherburne County Fair
Parade
Attached is a map from the Sherburne County Fair Board showing your
designated number in the staging area for the parade. As indicated on the
map, the Mayor and the City Council have been designated one assigned spot
for both the antique car and the antique fire truck. Gary Keays has indicated
that there will be enough room in this spot for both vehicles.

Stakes will be posted designating your number along stageing area. Please be at your assigned
number spot by 5:00 p.m. Parade will begin at 6:00 p.m. SHARP!!!

PLEASE NOTE: The Fair Board is not responsible for any accidents on the Parade route. Please refrain from
throwing candy or anything else to the spectators.
Each Parade entry must keep within 100 feet of the next parade entry on the parade route. Thank you for your
cooperation. -
If you have any question, please call Gary Keays at 441-4178 Monday through Saturday.
Upon arrival at the Fairgrounds, you will parade through the arena area and disburse afterwards.
