As per Council Member Dietz, a copy of the attached letter has been sent to all residents in the plat of Country Crossing. If this does not apply to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you are dumping your yard debris on this or any other property without permission, be warned that the Elk River Police Department will be monitoring this area and giving citations. In addition, yard debris is not to be placed in with garbage.
