ILLEGAL DUMPING OF YARD DEBRIS
IN COUNTRY CROSSING PARK
There has been problems with people illegally dumping yard debris in
Country Crossing Park. As per Council Member Dietz, a copy of the attached
letter has been sent to all residents in the plat of Country Crossing. You are
being copied this letter for your information.

It has come the City's attention that some residents are illegally dumping
yard debris on City park land adjacent to Country Crossing. If this does not
apply to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you are dumping your
yard debris on this or any other property without permission, be warned that
the Elk River Police Department will be monitoring this area and giving
citations.
In addition, yard debris is not to be placed in with garbage. However, the
City does accept yard debris at the Elk River Public Works Building (19000
Elk Lake Road) on the first and third Wednesday of each month, from 8:00
a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
